  • Hi Everyone!! Binged on pita chips and hummus last night. First big cheat since i started SBD, and I think the bread set me off. I'm going to back off on that and see if I do better. I'll post more later, things are crazy here right now......

    Sounds like my episode with the peanut butter! You'll get back on track though!!!!! Good luck!!!!

    I'm still at 5 pound loss. I would love to see another drop, but I am VERY happy with 5 so far. Today is 1 week down for me!! I feel like I've lost more weight than the scales show, but I am walking every other day or so, so I could be gaining muscle at the same time. I usually actually gain a little weight to start with when I start an exercise program because of the muscle. That's why I try not to weigh so often, but it sure is tempting!!!!

    I wish that I could address each and every one of you but I've spent all morning spreading grout on the tile that we layed down last weekend. I'm taking a quick break to eat lunch before going back down there to wipe it off one last time.

  • It seems a lot of you are into Pilates - how do you like it?

    I have a workout that I haven't gotten into yet - when I do bother to work out, I always feel like I should do someting with aerobics to make it 'count' (even though I know that's stupid). I do the same thing with yoga, even though I really enjoy it!

  • hi guys...seems like my worse times of day is in the late afternoon and in the evening....I want to munch everything in sight. If I can get past these two times of day...I will be able to manage a weight loss....any ideas of other things I can do...especially at night... to resist??
