
Thanks for the post. I was wondering how long I should wait before considering going on to the Advanced system. Did a month give you enough time to prepare? Also, maybe you might know the answer to my quest... in Greer's little pamphlet she said week #2 start once in the morning and once before dinner. Does she mean just like 10 mins of breathing, or the full 20 mins of 10 mins breath, 10 mins resistance because as it stands right now, I am not sure what I'm to do in the evening and weekend workouts are damned near impossible because well, it's the weekend and I have a ton of errands and things to catch up on. I'm delighted to hear that it is working so well for you. I get to take my measurements later today as it's now been a full week that I've been able to do it (last time when I neared the end of my first week I got sick and was knocked down and out for a week and GOD I missed working out lol). Anyway... if you know of anything, any info would be helpful. Take care and be well
