  • For chocolate cravings, I found Sweet Riot's cacao nibs. they are tiny intense chocolate flavor. One of those with a cup of hot tea and i can keep the craving at bay. www.sweetriot.com.

    I also agree that a sour snack like a dill pickle or listerine strips can kill off the moment.
  • For me it is chewing sugar free dessert gum (only 1 piece a day sometimes tow) but not every day

    water lots of water. I need to live by what I say because I struggle with the sweets too

    9am 3pm 9pm

    So I get chocolate every 6 hours

    That's one way to stay OP if you are a chocoholic
