Romaine is my go-to and keeps me moving right along. Nothing else seems to do the trick quite like it. If things slow, I just increase romaine & all is well soon.

to iceberg!! Not much to it. I'd ask why they OK spinach as a salad and unlimited instead of eating into your veggie allotment? I'm curious as to the thinking...Another one of those "Coach Rules"??
