Ok, so here's my plan:
1.) 10 min stretching - every day
2.) Lift weights - 7 days out of the 20
3.) 25 min HIIT run - 5 days out of the 20
4.) 15 min HIIT jump rope - 10 days out of the 20
5.) Have one cheat-day which will be our anniversary on the 17th

BTW, you've done AMAZINGLY!
Did 25.4 miles in 3 days with a 60lb pack haha Not feeling too sore surprisingly, even walked some miles with my mom today. Intuitive eating has been great!
You can still follow your plan though and then you'll be super prepared for the next challenge!
