Okay, so I am behind in posting, but 6 days down.
And for the record...I HATE yoga. "Do yoga" they say. "It's easy" they say. "It won't feel like a workout at all" they say. Yeah...they can shove it.

It was harder than my three mile run today combined with my double whammy of 30DS back top back with a touch of ab work thrown in. Maybe my muscles where just worn down...or maybe yoga is tougher than all of that. Regardless, I SO don't like it. 5 minutes in wore me out more than 2 hours of everything else today. WHAT the heck is that about! It was just breathing and stretching!!!!
(actually...maybe I liked it. I like challenges...but I think I am not ready for the challenge of simple stretch
