Well I have a couple of Semi-NSV. Semi because it has to do with my current weight but more to the health aspect than the actual weight aspect.
Checking the naked scale this morning I am at 172. At 172 the Standard BMI Calculator puts me at 24.7 Normal Weight (high end but still "normal"). Personally I never really cared for the BMI aspect because it doesn't factor in a lot of things such as lean muscle, body type, etc., but I'll take "normal" for now.
Second is the Waist to Height Ratio (which I think is closer to accurate) which at 5'10" and 34" waist has me at 48.57 Healthy, Normal, Attractive Weight (I'm finally attractive).

I still have at least 7lbs to goal and may even lower it once I get there but I can never say enough about what this diet has done for me. I want to go up to strangers on the street and tell them to try it but so far, luckily, I've restrained myself.
Two weeks to P2 and I'm still loving it!
