Brelo, thanks for calling up Subway and asking about it!

I'm going to stick with my game plan of going to Subway everyday and ordering the Double Chicken Chopped Salad. I find this to be the easiest way for me to stick with the program rather than preparing an IP meal at work everyday. I rather make my IP meals at home. My weekday meals usually go like this:
Breakfast: RTD drink
Mid-Morning: Black coffee - nothing added
Lunch: Subway's Double Chicken Chopped Salad
Late afternoon snack: IP bar
Dinner: IP soup & 2 cups veggies
