What are your favorite At-Home exercises?

  • There are lots and lots of variations for the exercises, but if you can't do *ANY* squatting/lunging type movements, it would probably be tough
  • My preferred kind of exercise is always cardio. I don't know why, but I believe that the ideal activities for burning calories as quickly as possible rely on how much time you give yourself and how much time you have available.
