Treadmill won't help get things moving, but if it makes you feel better just make sure you add an extra packet afterward to fuel your body in recovery. Originally Posted by DJ72

I had some hair loss, taking biotin seems to have helped - and now that I'm a couple of months into maintenance I've seen a few little baby hairs growing back, so there's hope for our follicles yet!


. Thinking maybe the treadmill can keep that weight coming off and get me to maintenance sooner.
