Still good here save no exercise yesterday... was traveling and then too tired (and house started out waaay cold at 51 when we got home) to exercise once home and we left too early to start. That is the first day I've missed in around a month though. Food went well. Stayed OP the whole time I was gone. Next challenge is to get past this coming weekend (my parent's 50th anniversary). I know I will be eating cake. Will try to stay way low on other points though. If I can get to next Tuesday without a gain I'll be ecstatic, lol. Then comes Vegas... yi yi yi. Did lose 2# over the last week though.
