Thanks, for the pep talk , I feel better. I thought some people actually lost 7 a week. I am new to the diet. My start weight was 250 also. I looked at some of the weekly lb's lost and I see Now. Thanks again.Originally Posted by Starshine
Hang in there! The weight will come off. So sorry about the hours on the job being cut. There are a lot of us here on alternatives, which makes the diet cost a lot less.
