I try to got to the gym for strength training and cardio on the elliptical every other day, but if I am super score I may take a second day in between days.
other days I try to go for a walk/jog, I do a 5k worth and some days it is all walking and others i have 30 seconds to 1 minute jogging bursts for the first 2 miles or so, by the time i hit the end of mile 2 I'm only up to walking the last mile-ish. I look forward to some distant day I can jog it all, at which point I will add more to the length to make it around the same +/- 1hr it takes now

I have been missing more of these walks lately due to the high heat (95-105 weather here) I'm trying to get myself to do them in the late evening once it is cooler.
Many evenings my DH and I also go to the pool and swim. the level of difficulty depends solely on how sore my body is and how active I have been all day. Some days I barely do more then float around and enjoy the water and others I do laps for 30-45 mins straight lol
