I was taking a women's multivitamin, but I would feel extremely dizzy afterwards. I talked to my doctor and he said this reaction is quite common. He suggested taking a children's vitamin instead, he said it is all we really need anyway. I now take a Flintstones vitamin and don't have any problems, they are also much cheaper. I get a bottle of 200 tablets for about $12 at BJ's.
I take a gummy One a Day and a fish oil capsule. It may be all in my head, but I think it makes me feel better overall.
I take a multivitamin, D3 2000mg per doctor's orders, calcium, B12, and can feel the difference when I skip them.
I take 2 gummy Women's One a Day and I can normally tell the difference when I miss a day..They are pretty hard, but I'm used to them lol
Hi oksoitsjen, I am 42 and just started taking vitamins a few months ago. My daughter started taking suppliments for other issues and the nutritionist she saw suggested a good brand for me. I had tried taking other brands before and they always made me kind of sick. I am taking Alive brand, about an hour after breakfast--you can find them in most stores--even Walmart. I really feel like they help with my energy level, which is improving all the time. I really suggest trying it to see how you feel.
I take mvis as well as weight loss supplements that I get at my health food store
