  • Kimbo, I didn't mean that I was quiting forever, just that I needed a little off time. Actually my sister went home last night so unless she decides that it was too early (which it is) I should be back at it this week. Goodness no, if I quit I would be gaining right and left in a heart beat. I'm just feeling a little over extended at the moment but will be back in a flash.

    I'm extremely sore today. I had my first workout with my PT yesterday and I've been taking Advil's all morning long. My next sessions is tomorrow, we'll see if I can make it through.

    Semo-Yes, it's at the gym I attend during the weekdays, which is less than a block away from work. Today is the first day this week that I haven't felt as bad. I'm still sore but at least every time I move I'm not moaning. It's been a real challenge and even though it's only been one week, I can see a small change. I've never been one to workout with the weights, I could do cardio for 2 or more hours but the weight training is what I needed. I feel like I have no rhythm but my PT said it would come with time; I've got to get use to doing something I've never done. He's really good!
