  • Quote: My coach hasn't heard about this one yet so it will probably be a while before my clinic has it. Perhaps plainprotein will get some in sooner.
My coach is the biz owner (she has online access to all IP biz info.. She said it was available for order last nite. She expects her shipment next week

I'll def be waiting with baited breath for an IP-friendly Mac n cheese :-)
  • Mmmmmm...I'd love to have some pasta. Yummy.
  • In Love! Hope they get it soon, may have to ask the nurse about it tomorrow when I go, see if she has heard anything.
  • Don't suppose it'll be gluten free? (Wishful thinking, I'm sure...)
  • My coach e-mailed me about it today! He expects to have it on Wednesday of next week. YAYYYY.
  • Proti-Thin through Nashua Nutrition has had Fusilli pasta for a while now. It is pretty good, and unrestricted - for those using alternatives. It actually looks the same as the IP pic.
  • My clinic posted on their FB page they should have it next week.
  • Is the IP one actually unrestricted? It has 12 carbs.

Oh, back to add, I just realized it's because of the fibre.
  • Exciting..yes! But am I the only one wondering what to put on this? Dry noodles sound kind of gross.

diced tomato, basil, zucchini and lemon zest/juice sound delicious! You could also make a meat sauce by cooking down tomatoes and adding ground beef or turkey and your favorite spices. Just a few ideas
  • Good ones too! I wasn't thinking outside of the box. I've always been a white sauce girl.
  • i just had my very first weigh in this morning -- lost 9 lbs woot -- my coach was telling me about this pasta -- i cant wait to try it!!!

    lemon and some "butter" buds....yum
  • Ideas of what to put on the pasta:

    1. Walden Farms Tomato basil
    2. Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic
    3. Walden Farms Mayo with onion and pickle
    4. Chicken broth for a thicker noodle soup
    5. Baked with roasted veg and olive oil "casserole"
