Breakfast suggestions needed

  • Every day I have a slice of wheat toast with laughing cow light Swiss cheese spread, and KIND maple walnut quinoa granola sprinkled on top. So yummy!!
  • Low fat ricotta cheese mixed with canned plain pumpkin, Splenda, and cinnamon. Excellent cold or warmed.
  • try oatmeal

    1 scoop protein powder (your choice, I use vanilla flavor)
    half a mashed banana *
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
    1 tsp cinnamon
    mix it all together and fry in pan with spray olive oil or a little olive oil. I usually put 1/2 Tbsp of lite peanut butter on top and fresh or frozen strawberries.
    it tastes great cold or cool too!

    Sounds good! I never would have thought of protein powder!!
