  • I have stayed on plan this week with my workouts and I had a really great session today (4 miles with WATP = about 1 hour and a strength-training video = 30 mins) so I'm really feeling it. Still going to continuing working out throughout the weekend etc. Have a nice weekend!

  • I started exercising again November 1st after way too long so this seems like the perfect challenge for me. I've just re-started C25K, my goal is to do it 3-4 times a week, with a total running time for the month to be 165 minutes. I've edited the workout so I do each day twice as I suck at running.

    Week One
    11/01: C25K wk2d1- running= 8 min (total=8 min)
    11/02: off day
    11/03: C25k wk2d1- running=8 min (total=16 min)
    11/04: C25K wk2d2- running=8 min (total=24 min)

  • I'm joining this! I need an extra push and some extra accountability for the month

    Goals:
    Workout 5 days per week, 50 mins per day, first 2 weeks
    Workout 5 days per week, 60 mins per day, last 3 weeks

    Those are my warm-up goals. I'm only about 2 weeks into this already, so before I get crazy I just want to get a pace going. Next month I'll kick it up.

    Week One
    11/01: Unplanned rest day
    11/02: 51 mins running (in place), with intervals
    11/03: 51 mins HIIT, 30 mins walking, moderate-brisk pace
    11/04: Planned rest

    Week Two
    11/05: 15 mins aerobics, 15 mins pilates (legs), 30 min power walk 4.0 mph
    11/06: 51 mins running (in place, with high knee intervals, 9 mins arm toning
    11/07: Planned rest
    11/08: 30 mins running in place, 20 mins lower body circuit training
    11/09: 30 min walk, 3.0 mph
    11/10: 30 mins run in place with high knee intervals, 15 mins HIIT, 10 mins arm toning
    11/11: Planned rest

    11/12: 50 mins 'Killer Kardio' HIIT, 10 mins lower body/butt toning

  • Is it too late to join this? Starting tomorrow do Insanity as well as my Zumba classes.....some light resistance training and yoga two to three times a week. Sounds like a lot but it is doable.....
  • I would like to join this thread! My goal is to exercise every day this month. My plan is CDs in the morning, treadmill instead of couch in the evenings, walks with dogs, stretches at work all day long.

  • Hi everyone. I'm still going strong. I woke up this morning and I felt and looked lighter. Still haven't stepped on a scale, but my size 14 clothes are now becoming baggy!
