eggs and the newest phase 1 sheet

    Its nice to know about the eggs now though, I can now feel better about having egg dishes at restaurants.

    Anyone have a link to the newest sheet? I still have an old one that says 2 whole eggs is all we get.

  • Our clinic had a sign up that said 4 whole eggs and 2 egg whites.

    The same sign said that clients should not exercise daily, but only every other day or less.

    My coach told me NO exercise in P1 (even though I exercised somewhat before, and I still do to an extent)
