    -Upper body weights. Weak. LOVE ME some Arnold presses.

    3 mi hike this morning. 2.5 mi tonight. After dark even. No coyote chorus this time. Nice clear sky though. 4 sets pushups/stretching

    20 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, aerobic setting, resistance at eight
    60 minutes back & biceps routine
    40 minutes arc trainer, hill intervals, resistance at 10, which turns out to be doable

    I was able to fit this in, though my mother is visiting because of her tendency to sleep in late, and mine to get up very early.

    45 minute spin class, my favorite Sunday spin, no messing with high, speedy intervals with little 3-lb weights.

    October 7: 60 minutes Zumba, 60 minute walk with work colleague distributing flyers for upcoming bond measure-- up and down stairs in an apartment complex. Was going to go to Bikram too-- got dressed, got in the car, and decided I was done. Went back in and took a long bath. Now I'm trying to type without getting bit by a very happy Wilbur-- when he is really happy he purrs and love bites.
