  • I have been kind of off plan this week. I think I counted points 2 days. 3lbs away from lifetime, I have to hold myself together.
  • Well, I'm up 2 pounds. *sigh* I'm back on track with my eating and I won't be traveling for work for 2 weeks. I'm hopeful I'll be able to lose these 2 pounds and then move on.
  • well took a great little hike today about 90 min worth of up and down hills. Felt good. Eating wise did ok too did have lunch and taco time but had the chicken soft taco 'light' and a cup of the white bean and chicken chili. could not finish is all that was a cool feeling being able to leave food and not feel guilty
