I like salt and oil, so no problem here. When I was a kid in Louisiana, way back before MacDonalds had a dining area (anyone remember the large glass windows covered in bugs and Mosquitos attacked to the lights?) we had a problem getting enough salt (no A/C so we did a lot if sweating . We took a salt pill every day to make sure we had enough salt. Wonder if they still make those?
I was having trouble eating a full tsp of salt every day too. In my first week, my eyes started getting blurry, I couldn't focus on small print or anything close to my face. I talked to my coach who talked to the information officer. They said it was either hypoglycemia or low sodium.
Since then I mix a tsp of salt with about 15 oz of water and some MIO and drinks it every morning with my vitamins. My eyes gave gone back to normal.
I usually add the oil to soup as its cooking or use it to sautée veggies.

My older sheet had 1/2 but my coach crossed it out and changed it to 1. I'm not sure why. On the second sheet she gave me, she didn't change it. Im not sure why. I did think I was going through a lot of salt. I'm on week 4(4th WI in Friday) and I'm on my third bottle of sea salt.
