  • Quote: WOW - did you make this? I haven't yet found any *S*-free and *F*-free ice cream-type products. Seems like once they eliminate one of these variables, they jack up the other
I'm lucky enough to have an ice cream store nearby that makes their own, and they usually offer several varieties of both SF and FF. My biggest problem is portion control!

1: smoothie: US almond milk, cocoa powder, almond butter, strawberries, greens powder, spinach, chia; vitamins
2: going out with DH -- probably grilled chicken salad
    3: sugar snap peas
4: having people over for dinner and grilling pizza -- making them on whole wheat crust and will be having one with just a sprinkle of feta and lots of veggies
5: dark chocolate sorbet (homemade, fat free and made with stevia)

exercise: grocery shopping with 2 littles and walking to the restaurant (today is an active rest day because I teach twice tomorrow)
