  • Sorry team, I had a small gain this week. I had a really bad week with not exercising and eating as planned. I plan to do the C25K later today. I bought groceries yesterday and have my meals planned out for the week. I also plan on taking the fitness classes at the gym for the entire week. I won't let this one bad week turn into two. I will be stopping it now.

    I hope everyone else is doing better. Good luck!
  • 190.0---SO CLOSE to a new decade! It's a loss for the week but I can't help but wonder where I'd be if I hadn't ate all that pizza, and a donut, and ice cream 3X, and finished my kid's bowl from KFC after I'd already had my own.... not on the same day of course, but this week's diet was awful. The only reason I had a loss was because of my new job. I ran my butt off, litterally, LOL
    Well, It's another situation where I can't look back, just move forward
