June 5: tried to go to a Body Pump class but the teacher was out and they hadn't gotten a sub. I went back in the evening to take a U-Jam class and didn't realize they had a Zumba class before. I found a spot in the back corner and did 1/2 the Zumba class and then the U-Jam class. Felt great but exhausted!!

This particular instructor always has a couple of people come up on stage for each song. She gets volunteers, instructors in training, and the regulars. I've only gone 5-6 times over the past few months and don't feel at all like I know what I'm doing. She called me up on stage for the last song which is the easiest as it's the cool down/stretch. I was proud of myself for not panicking! I did it! I was probably a beat behind the instructor but I don't think I made a fool of myself.
