I don't think it's horrible not to eat breakfast. If you don't want breakfast or it doesn't make you feel good, don't have it!
I eat the same thing every single weekday, and it's not particularly healthy as meals go, but I love it: A 90-cal Fiber One bar, and a venti iced skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks. 200 cals in total, and at least I'm getting some protein and fiber in. It's usually by far my most carby meal of the day though.
I'm with Gabe on the yogurt; I hate regular yogurt because of the texture (it seems so runny and thin and just blech), but I love greek yogurt - so much thicker and creamier. The apple cinnamon Chobani 0% is my favorite.
OP, quinoa is delicious, and a good way to sneak some veggies in! When I have it I do it as a side dish for dinner: cook the quinoa according to package directions (basically, you cook it just like rice) but use low sodium chicken broth in place of water, and toss a bunch of finely chopped veggies into the pot to cook with the quinoa (I like to put in things like onions, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc., you can use anything really, just chop it up small). Once it's finished cooking, stir in some grated parmesan cheese. With the addition of the parmesan it's sticky and comforting and really good. I would think you could also make a sweet version for breakfast if you wanted to... cook in water and add some diced fresh or dried fruit (apples, peaches, blueberries, something like that), and then stir in some sweetener and some cinnamon at the end, maybe with a little bit of milk. Sounds good, at least! (I'm going to have to try that now)
Also, for protein bars: I recently tried the Quest protein bars that I saw recommended on another thread, and I really like them. They have 20g protein each, a LOT of fiber (15g or so), and most are just 170 calories. As far as I know you can only order them online, but you can order just single bars (rather than a whole box) to try them out. I liked them best when I microwaved them for 15 seconds or so.
