Yesterday was a really bad food day. I would say probably the worst ? that I have had in a realllly long time.
I worked two 12's this weekend which was the first since like December and I forgot how completely tiring they can be. Saturday was an alright day but I ate a little later than was planned. Sunday, I ate a pretty decent breakfast but I wasn't able to squeeze in lunch because we were so busy... so about 3PM I started getting the stomach telling me HELLOOOOO..... I ended up eating a snack machine bag of BarBQ'd Fritos and a Twix and then went back and got a second bag of doritoes out of the vending machine. That held me over until I got off work and then I went to the store and got stuff for salads, some fruit and some skim milk and OJ... at the check out I got a diet coke and a Milky Way and ate it on the way home.... Then I had a salad and a sandwich when I got home... then later I snuck a couple of Ruffles and some Goldfish......
As a whole the day was shot just because of the junk that I ate. I eat bad when I am tired it is so frustrating...
