Candeka - that sounds like an amazing idea for me. and maybe it'll get my weight loss moving faster. i really do feel like my body adjusts to things way too fast. are there any good websites that help track your weekly average or do you just keep a journal?
LockItUp - the way your eating is my ultimate goal but its not possible for me to eat totally fresh like that. i'm at college, i have no car, and the food I buy has to last me about 2 weeks. Plus I'm on a budget lol. I'm sure the processed food I'm eating are NOT helping at all. I try to get frozen veggies. I figure that's better than nothing.
LandonsBaby - its super annoying! its like I've defeated the battle of making myself eat healthier and not indulging in sweets and things and then its like my body is trying to sabotage me! lol
