  • I bought a sodastream and I'm SO happy!!!
  • I make my own seltzer at home too and drink it 4 cups at a time, at least 3x at home. Combined with the Brita pitcher I polish off at work and it is no wonder my hydration is at a 5!

I have an Isi bottle that uses single pure CO2 cartridges to inject in 4 cups water (works similar to Sodastream). So no phosphoric acid, and I get my bubbles...which I am addicted to! Found it 75% off at Bed,BathN&Beyond!
  • Quote: Great tip! I love my soda stream but just ran out of my first cartridge and wasn't sure how to dispose of it...now I know where to go! I was missing my carbonated water as a treat!
    Great information.
  • I find it odd that there seems to be such a strong view against anything that is similar to soda. I understand that aspertame is bad news, as is the phosphoric acid and fake coloring. But in my own little mini research I've found that hansen's diet sodas (with no coloring and no phosphoric acid), WF, and Mio all have very similar ingredients. yet when I ask about why no hansen's i keep getting the "why diet soda is bad and will give you cancer" posts. if the occasional hansen's is going to mess everything up, shouldn't WF, sucralose, and mio do the same thing? I think being 100% is really great and I aim for that almost all the time, but we are all human and a lot of us have chosen to give up one of the only sources of comfort, entertainment, or whatever food was to you, to be on this diet. there just has to be something to look forward to sometimes. for me, that's a natural soda.
that was kind of ranty...sorry! just my thoughts! not trying to offend any of you anti-soda peeps out there!
