My fingers are swollen...major salt retention!!!! Tomorrow no diet sodas, water and fruit!!!!
Saturday 14th March
B: corn flakes, skim milk, 1 piece wholegrain toast
L: [at zoo] wholegrain bagel with fat free cream cheese, 2 low fat granola bars (forgot to pack my apple!)
S: bowl of puffed wheat and skim milk
D: will be takeout, but I don't know what yet!

8oz of spicy V8
L-2 cups of broccoli slaw (for those who haven't seen it, it is in the produce bag lettuce department, it is the stems of broc julienned, along with cabbage and carrots) sauted
1 piece of white fish about 3 oz
8 oz spicy v8
1 cup light fruit cocktail-juice drained
S-lower fat tortilla chips-1 serving (i counted!)
1/2 cup salsa
diet vanilla coke
D-3 small veggie eggrolls baked
1T sweet sour sauce
12 oz chocolate soy milk

S-1" sliver of the left over apple dessert pizza from Pizza Hut. I wasn't gonna have any of it, I promise, but Grif didn't want to finish it and I just couldn't help myself!!! It was only a 1/4 of the regular size!!! He had a few bites too. All those starving children made me do it!!
