  • I like to put baby carrots in mine. Sneak in some more color and it actually makes the smoothie quite a bit sweeter. Good with blueberries and bananas!
  • SO thankful I found this thread! I'm getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow and have a feeling Ill need lots of healthy smoothies!

I like to use protein powder, almond milk, and different extracts like coconut, mint, peppermint, and caramel flavors!

  • I get the Chobani fat free vanilla Greek yogurt and I put it in mini muffin tins and freeze. A 6-oz container makes 6 mini muffins, so each is an ounce when added to my smoothies.
    • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 3 oz frozen yogurt (per above instructions)
    • 1 heaping cup frozen berries (I get a blueberry, blackberry, raspberry mix, sometimes I throw in frozen strawberries, too)
    • Blend and enjoy! I love these!
