Ah, so nice to see more people jumping in!
I blogged today about how I noticed last night's double express class (two 45 minute classes) seemed easier yesterday and I wonder if it's because I had eaten more food this week and if perhaps I've felt sluggish before because I was pushing myself too hard on too few calories. It's something I'll keep observing. Makes me glad I log my food and exercise!

. But I did a fair bit of travelling today and forgot to wear it in the morning so that might have been part of it.
