    Not always, no. I would imagine it varies from person to person. I've used the Wendie Plan (or calorie cycling, or whatever you want to call it) several times, and I've always seen a loss whenever I did it.
  • Can you still eat whatever you want on the wendie plan as long as you do not go over your points for that day?
