  • YES to what the others have said, but DON't forget your 2t of Olive Oil, either to put on salad (which is also free and remember Romaine has the most vitamins) or you can use it to sautee veggies. Don't forget your supplements either.

    I use the EAS shakes and the Muscle Milk lite. I also have Jillians Vanilla in a canister at home. I use Pure Protein Bars & Detour bars. These products are usually available in the grocery store, Wal-Mart, Target & Sam's. I also order from Noshua Nutrition & Diet Direct to get more variety of bars and some puddings, just check to make sure you get the aspartame-free, as someone else mentioned. Keep up the good work.

    Could you possibly give me a sample menu for yourself?
    Thanks for all the help

    Do you use IP supplements? Or do you use elsewhere?
  • Sure;

    B: EAS choc shake (or Muscle Milk lite, which I like the taste of better) plus one cup of German Choc. decaf and Sugar free peppermint creamer poured over ice.
    or Egg beaters omlett with mushrooms, peppers, Texas Pete, seasalt & pepper

    L: Salad made with Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, mushrooms, onions with 2t Olive Oil, vinegar, sea salt & pepper and a protein bar

    D: Baked chicken or fish, 2 cups of roasted asparagus or zuchini, sometimes broccoli. I also stir fry chicken or shrimp with lots of veggies, esp. cabbage

    Snack ( about 8pm) a pudding from Diet Direct that is made without aspartame or another protein shake, which I like making in the blender with Torani Sugar-Free syrups & ice.

    * Sometimes I eat a salad with dinner and use very little OO, since you are only suppose to have 2t/day. I will use also Walden Farms Italian, but do not generally care for the WF products. I will use the Bleu Cheese dip and mix it with Frank's Buffalo Hot Sauce, sauteed chicken and make a "Buffalo-Wing" Salad. Good Luck and if you have any other Q's, just ask
