YES to what the others have said, but DON't forget your 2t of Olive Oil, either to put on salad (which is also free and remember Romaine has the most vitamins) or you can use it to sautee veggies. Don't forget your supplements either.
I use the EAS shakes and the Muscle Milk lite. I also have Jillians Vanilla in a canister at home. I use Pure Protein Bars & Detour bars. These products are usually available in the grocery store, Wal-Mart, Target & Sam's. I also order from Noshua Nutrition & Diet Direct to get more variety of bars and some puddings, just check to make sure you get the aspartame-free, as someone else mentioned. Keep up the good work.
