  • I gained this week as well. I spent 4 days with my family and that's never a good thing when it comes to me and food. I'm so happy the holidays are over with. I'm determined to knock off 3+ pounds off this week and start the New Year off on a good foot.

    I'm really sorry that I haven't weighed in The last couple of weeks I've really gone off track and I can't seem to find my focus. It doesn't help that I have a tuff exam on monday and I'm really scared that I'm not gonna pass it


    But if I'm still allowed to take part in this challenge I weighed in at 214 yesterday...

  • hey claire bear sorry I got home on boxing day after having a great holiday with my family only to discover that i had no internet i called the company and they had no idea what was wrong so they sent someone out to check and it turns out there was something wrong with the poleline outside and the dude told me that India (where our internet comes from or something) shut it off cause my speed was too high... or idk it didnt make sense to me but needless to say I JUST got it back!!!! and im 219!!!!!!!!!! gained only a lb since my last weigh in but i really tried hard to stick to my plan over the holidays besides having turkey dinner with all the fixings and having a couple mini cherry cheesecakes here and there ( i made them low fat btw) i didnt splurge at all! very happy with myself!!!!!!!!!!! cant wait for weeek 5!!!!!!1
  • Starting the Dukan Diet Today!

    I weighed in at 224.4 lbs. meaning i lost 2.6 lbs since monday! yay!

  • Its a 4 phase diet. Its french and it currently has the highest success rate in slimming people down fast and keeping it off! If any of you girls are sick of calorie counting and not seeing the pounds come off like they should, then i would pick up the book!

    I am currently in phase 1, the attack phase, which lasts for 7 days. I eat nothing but protein! You have to drink a certain amount of water a day, you have to do at least 20 minutes of brisk walking, and you have to consume at least 1 1/2 tablespoons of oatbran, but literally, i've been watching the pounds drop off by the hour. for the first 7 days you lose crazy numbers! then you stable out in the next phase and reintroduce all other foods into your diet. might sound crazy, but if you read the book, it all makes so much sense!!!
  • I was out of town until yesterday without a scale! Up to 163.0 today. Oooof! What a gain!
