  • Day 3 of P1 restart. Day 2 was 100% OP!
    B: 2 eggs, coffee
    S: 15 cashews, 1 oz LF cheddar
    L: ckn over spinach with 1/4c FF plain yogurt, cukes, tom
    D: spicy chicken breast (didn't do well w veggies though)
    S: milk blended w ice and sf flavor

    Craving sweets today
  • Phase 2

    Yesterday out all day but did OK. Probably not POP because I didn't ask questions about soup and sauces and breads but considering I was eating at barely a step above fast food (kind of a "food court"), I think I did OK
    B - coffee with lf milk
    L - Tomato soup with 1/2 a tuna sandwich on lovely whole grain roll with lots of spring mix on the sandwich
    D - Veggie red curry + eggplant/tofu + sauteed kale on brown rice. YUM!
    S - sf hot chocolate, some plain (I mean really plain, air-popped) popcorn [happy dance I just found out that "Popcorn, 3 cups popped" is OP]

    Today
    B - coffee with milk, forgot to eat until lunch
    L - brown rice spirals with broccoli, Smart Balance and parmesan cheese
    S - 1 boiled egg. Celery with Laughing Cow light cheese. Red pepper slices & carrots with hummus. 1 serving raw almonds + walnuts. (making up for having no breakfast!)
    D - tuna steaks with grilled asparagus, big green salad
    dessert - Greek yogurt with blueberries
  • Thursday Phase 2
    Wt. 164.4 (2.5 weight gain overnight!!! Impossible)
    B: quinoa and spagetti squash pancake
    S: soy nuts and an apple
    L: soup, not sure what kind
    S: hummos and carrots
    D: not sure yet
  • Thursday, Day 4 of P1 restart; wt: 152.8
    B: 2 eggs, coffee
    L: tuna over spinach with LF mayo, vinegar, cukes
    S: 15 cashews, 1 oz LF cheddar; 1/2 cup FF plain yogurt with SF syrup
    D: TBD
    S: milk blended w ice and sf syrup

    B: Cashew butter & banana burrito
    L: Disgustingness.
    S: Creamy vegan casserole with cavena nuda.
  • Phase 2

    B - coffee with us almond milk. Banana/cottage cheese/oatmeal pancake, veggie sausage
    L - broccoli and spinach with shirataki noodles in peanut sauce. Black tea.
    S - 1 boiled egg. Celery with Laughing Cow light cheese. Red pepper slices & carrots with hummus. 1 serving raw almonds + walnuts. (making up for having no breakfast!)
    D - tuna steaks with grilled asparagus, big green salad (what I planned to eat last night and ate something else instead)
    dessert - Greek yogurt with blueberries
  • I've been remiss in posting - I had a tablespoon of sweet potatoes (with marshmallow) and my office potluck 2 days ago and then yesterday ACCIDENTALLY purchased a can of what I thought was diet coke but turned out to be regular coke - got through a good 1/3 of the can before I realized it.

    Luckily, no cravings from either. This weekend in NY will be more difficult as I will be staying with other.

    B: coffee, WW english muffin with SF jam and ICBINB with applesauce
    L: will be on the road so I am unsure
    D: chicken cutlet (might be breaded though) and salad (will skip pasta if breaded)
  • jenn: i mistook the christmas white coke can for diet last week! #@%$! I knew something was off about it right away but it took me about 1/3 to figure it out too.

    B: PB & banana burrito.
    L: Leftover creamy vegan casserole.
    S: Spaghetti squash with tomato basil sauce.
  • Posting for maybe the last time this year. "Vacation", or at least being away from home, starts tomorrow and it's going to be a rough couple of weeks. I'll be Phase 1-ing it in January!!

    Phase 2
    B - early meeting - coffee with us almond milk; other half of banana/cottage cheese/oatmeal pancake recipe from yesterday. Added 1 spoon almond butter.
    Brunch 2-egg omelet with lots of spinach and some sundried tomatoes & lf feta
    Snacks: pepper slices/carrots with hummus
    Dinner: Big salad, hopefully.
    dessert - finish up that Greek yogurt.

    I feel better now that I posted what I ate.
  • I ate on plan without even planning it! Although the meat was higher than SBD rules, I was happy not to have all the junk...

    B: eggs over hard with LF cheese, bacon
    L: Turkey roll ups
    S: WOW I'm hungry!! Pea pods, cashews
    D: Roast pork, baked sweet potato, peas, red cabbage w/apples (Yeesh, I love this!!)

    Dessert - if I get a hankerin', I might have to whip out the PB2 and add it to some cream cheese!
