  • Hello ...This month been lurking and started my own to see how much I can do for December..Its so motivated on tracking minutes and it is working for me and Thank you,SlimCB for this thread.

    I had started Dec 1st..and so far my minutes = 910!!!

  • Walked 30 min this morning!! Will do more walking after lunch.

  • So far, the diet is on plan today. I did abs and legs at the gym, along with 15 minutes on the elliptical. My heart rate still gets WAY WAY WAY too high on the elliptical so I have to take it light. It wouldn't do to get so close to goal and then ruin my accomplishment by having a heart attack on the cardio equipment. But each time I go a little longer or a little harder, and I always do intervals. If I keep at it, eventually my heart rate will improve.

    Later today, arms and walking the dog for 45 minutes.
