Hi, turn that frown upside down!
What I would suggest (not sure if anyone else did) is to switch up your foods!
If you have been doing the same things-menu wise...change it all!
For instance my first 3 weeks I ate broccoli and cauliflower EVERYDAY!! And then the weightloss went from 5-6 pounds to 2...the coach and dr said cut out those 2 and try something different...back up to 5 the week after I did that.
Haven't had them since, I figure my system is sensitive to those and I stay away from them. I've adopted turnips...never thought I would do that...but I'm loving them!

every day, I'll try something different today. I've been rotating my salad veggies a lot tho ... sprouts, cukes, radish, bell peppers, red onion.
