What's interesting is how many people seemingly don't like that answer. I feel like everyone who inquires about my "magical" weightloss expects me to give them the Secret to Life or something. They are very disappointed to learn that I didn't take any pills, didn't buy special foods or restrict X, Y or Z foods. I ate less by counting calories and focused on mostly good foods. To top it all off, I excercise.
