I am happy to report a 3.5 lb loss for the week! I was annoyed that it wasn't more, since I sort of weigh everyday and I gained a little over yesterday, but when I looked at my stats for the week (I tend to forget to do that), woo hoo!
Having a simple Paleo breakfast of pastured eggs and Applegate Farms uncured Canadian bacon. Then off to Pilates to build some more muscles with it!
