    I agree, without beans I think I would have been starving after every dinner, they are very filling! The tons of veggies help with that as well.

    I know it's why I'm back up - that and not enough water. On glass two now and planning a BIG salad lunch!
  • @ Cyndi I just started adding more beans & I was worried at first that they would slow my loss down.
    But you've had such success! They really keep me full for hours.
