    I usually have to eat whatever my family cooks for me, but I've requested lean cuisine's which I will begin to have instead. And I will have extra veggies with them because the meals alone aren't enough calories for the day for me not to feel deprived, y'know? Aiming for anywhere from 1200-1600 calories per day. I am fighting with bulimia so trying not to eat more than that is hard, and some days telling myself that it's okay to eat is pretty hard too.
    D: that's tough! it's a challenge, and i'm rooting for you!
  • I am already at 174 pounds! Only one more pound to go until I reach my monthly goal.
  • Down to 171. Going a little faster than I had expected. Probably the water weight. I am now wearing some pants that I haven't been able to wear in over a year. I am now a size 13.

  • I'm stuck in a three week stall and can't get below 172...Arghhh. I'm going try switching from 30 Day Shred to P90X workouts if I can find the time. They take 40 extra minutes and that is more than I can do some days. Plus, I have a party to go to on Saturday night. I'm not so worried about finding low carb food, but the cocktails will do me in I'm sure!
  • Hi Im Kristen. I'd love to join. I put on 10 pounds recently and I'm so upset. I would like to try to lose at least 5 pounds a month. I'm trying to be realistic. I'd love to be somewhere around 135 for New Years. I am here to support anyone who needs it, and i dont mind the support too! lol. even if you are having troubles and you need to chat on skype or call. This dieting is so hard, I know. I'm going to post my start weight in the morning. good luck everyone!

    12/1/11-137.5
    1/1/12-132.5
    2/1/12-127.5
    3/1/12-122.5 (Somewhere around my goal)

  • Peachy: No counting calories, I'm doing low carb. I find it is the only WOE that I can stick to without being hungry. But, the last couple days, man I am craving something sweet. Think I will make some SF Jello to help out.
  • 167 as of yesterday, hoping that it's legit hahahah! i'm trying to do couch to 5k, hoping that i'll be able to run for longer than 20 minutes soon =).

    Oh peachy, I so understand depression! Sucks. I fight it every day with you! Trying to start blogging a bit and right now am just lsting one thing a day that's good in my life. Trying to get to where I have a whole list to look at on my really bad days.
