It's so true -- you bite it, you write it. If I don't, I go up.

Sometimes it's a matter of switching it up...do written if you usually do online, get an app for your phone or do a spreadsheet on the computer. Also -- this is a great time to go back over your success...look at the timeline, look at the weight loss and acknowledge that it's all part of the process.

    Hang in there!
  • Quote: ok trying to re-motivate myself, took some pics and compared them along the way. Starting weight, 25 pounds lost and then 70 pounds lost. There is still lots of room for improvement but this helped me see how far I have come.
Looking great, Jenny! That is so awesome that you've taken these pics. Something I should do more often. This should motivate you for sure!
    It motivates me!
  • Quote: YAY tracked all week and was rewarded at the scale, down -2.6 this week tracking really is the key!!
Yay!! I wish I could track like that. I tracked one week and then haven't tracked this week. Dam! I've been working like ten hours this week.. I have been eating well though. Hmm. The scale will tell in a few days. Keep it up!!
  • Wow Jenny! The pics are awesome! I wish I had before pics. ;o) I started at about your starting weight and am now about 10 pounds more than you. Your pics really helped me see how far I've come - what an encouragement! Way to go, Jenny!
