What is everyone doing to reach their goal? I am sticking with calorie counting for now (1400-1600 a day). I don't have a formal exercise routine yet but I hope to get back into the gym soon!
I'm not following any specific program.....I've tried that plenty of times in the past and I'm the type of person that messes up and gives up when I don't follow rules exact. So, my plan is to cook all my meals which consist of whole foods every 3-4 hrs (I paid close attention to my body and notice that I get hungry again around 3 1/2 hrs later no matter what I eat) and to take at least one class on my gym days (this is much easier then using equipment because I can get bored quickly and not put as much into the exercise as I could).
