Pearl, Have you done the Shred before? I hurt myself doing it in the spring -- too many pushups and planks. My arm still isn't right...

I LOVED the white chicken chili! It's under the phase one soups. I think that would be my favorite recipe so far from her website. It was delicious. As I said, the chicken cordon bleu was VERY rich, but would be fantastic for a special evening or when entertaining. Just a little heavy for a regular weeknight meal.
