  • I've been really bad here lately with Pepsi Max. Love that stuff. I know it's not loaded in calories like regular soda, but it's still not healthy.
  • For the longest time all I drank was unsweetened iced tea. Then for some stupid reason I morphed over to Dr. Pepper and (surprise, surprise) piled on a ton of weight. I'm down to one can a day and thinking seriously about just pitching everything we have left in the house.

    It really is a huge waste of calories and not good for you to boot. Time to phase it out...
