  • Thank you! Part of me is going "I can't do this!?!?" lol. I think it must be the carb lover in me talking. So far so good though! My girlfriend wants me to join her in WW. So I have a fall back plan if all else fails but want to do at least a week or two of P1!
  • Day 7:

    Food: Way under points.
    Exercise: Did get in a smashing good walk!
    Beck Steps: Pushed myself and drew up food plans for the week.
    Sleep: Better today

    Onward to day 8!
  • Day 8:

    Food: Too far under Points Working to fix that today.
    Exercise: Yep!
    Beck Steps: Still in order.
    Sleep: Better.

    And already on to Day 9. Halfway to Autumn!
  • Day 9: Wonderful!

    Food: Perfectly on Plan!
    Exercise: Super great!
    Beck Steps: All check.
    Sleep: Pretty good!

    And here we are on Day 10! One more week until AUTUMN!
  • Day 10: A great day!

    Food: Spot on!
    Exercise: Very nicely done!
    Beck Steps: Good!
    Sleep: Fine!

    And... Day 11! Less than a week until Autumn and it's already so lovely outside... <3

    Food: Wonderful!
    Exercise: Nicely nicely!
    Beck Steps: Rockin' it!
    Sleep: Very good

    Here we are at Day 12! Five more days and then AUTUMN! It's really great outside, so today I'm going grocery shopping and I hope to enjoy the outdoors and get out of my apartment.
  • Day 12: Saturday!

    Food: Pretty good. Used some points for a delicious cannoli treat that night.
    Exercise: Very well done!
    Beck Steps: Pretty good!
    Sleep: Yeah!

    Day 13: Sunday!

    Food: Rather poor choices. Felt like a bottomless pit.
    Exercise: Proud to say that I forced myself to get in a walk even though I didn't want to.
    Beck Steps: Could've been better.
    Sleep: Pretty good.

    Day 14 here! THREE MORE DAYS! Then the glorious Autumn will have arrived. Good news is that the weather is mostly here now. It's very nice out Here's to staying on track until Thursday.
  • Day 14:

    I'm tsk tsking myself. Today was worse than yesterday!

    Food: All kinds of wrong... but I tracked it. Every single wrong thing.
    Exercise: I did manage to force myself to go on a short walk.
    Beck Steps: Should've been paying better attention!
    Sleep: Meh, I say! Meh!

    Day 15. I might have to white knuckle the next few days.
  • Day 15:

    Food: Better....
    Exercise: Better still!
    Beck Steps: Should pay more attention.
    Sleep: Meh!

    Food: Probably should've had more.
    Exercise: Quite good!
    Beck Steps: Better.
    Sleep: Still meh.

    Onto Day 17! The last day before the Equinox

    Food: Fine
    Exercise: Great!
    Beck Steps: Better!
    Sleep: Meh meh.

    Still here. Still going forward.
