I made it through week of the Whole30 challenge (no dairy, no carbs, no sugar, no gluten.... just lean protein, nuts, healthy fats, veggies, fruit) and I'm down 5.3lbs. *does a happy dance* So far no headaches or tiredness from the lack of carbs and my clothes fit different from just a week ago! I didn't get to the gym as much as I would like to (only 3 hours) but I also had to eat a ton just to hit my point goal for each day so I think I'm ok with that number for now.
This week.... lots of school work. Quite possibly a date with someone. I'm hoping it is a good week.
Jinxie I don't know why you are leaving the US (vacation or otherwise) but *hugs* I hate that anxious sick to my stomach feeling.
