  • I fell off of the last one... y'know... Life got busy. My #1 goal is to keep tracking for at least 3 weeks.

  • WoW! I love the idea of this.. I do this on a chart hidden in my bathroom.. I am a teacher and will be going back to work in about a week and a half. Summer was easy for me to eat healthy and work out a lot... I am really nervous about staying OP when school starts back hope. Hopefully this online accountability will help me stay focused and say no to the colas and candy when I get stressed!

  • July was just bad news for me. It was better than May and June, but August will be the best of all. Trying to stay away from alcohol all month.

  • I'm in, but I need to keep telling myself that only my Friday weight that counts, and not to get upset if I gain every once in a while. It's going to happen and it's okay! As long as the end result is down from the starting weight, I'll be happy!
