WoW! I love the idea of this.. I do this on a chart hidden in my bathroom.. I am a teacher and will be going back to work in about a week and a half. Summer was easy for me to eat healthy and work out a lot... I am really nervous about staying OP when school starts back hope. Hopefully this online accountability will help me stay focused and say no to the colas and candy when I get stressed!
