I will also be challenging myself to stay on plan for 10 weeks. You can add or not add anything you want besides the number on the scale, like exercise, avoiding sugar, drinking enough water, etc.
Hope everyone is getting off to a great start - I've got a 7 year old kid, so back to school time always feels like the start of a brand new year for me, and a good time to start off with a renewed commitment to this weight loss journey.
